1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For custom-made teapots, please allow [2-4 weeks] for production before shipping.

2. Delivery destination and shipping time

We ship globally, with optimized logistics channels for Southeast Asia, the USA, and Europe.
  • Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam):
    • Carrier: SF Express/ J&T Express
    • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.):
    • Carrier: Royal Mail / DPD / Colissimo
    • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
  • United States (USA):
    • Carrier: ePacket / China Post Registered Air Mail
    • Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World (Australia, Canada, etc.):
    • Carrier: DHL Express / EMS
    • Estimated Delivery: 12–25 business days

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Important for International Customers:
Prices listed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges imposed by their country.
For shipments to Singapore/Malaysia, we often mark packages as "Gift" or "Personal Use" with a declared value to assist with clearance, but final determination rests with local customs authorities.

5. Packaging & Safety

Yixing teapots are fragile. We use specialized packaging to ensure safe arrival:
  • Double-boxing with thick corrugated cardboard.
  • High-density foam inserts custom-cut to hold the teapot securely.
  • "Fragile" stickers and water-resistant wrapping.
We insure all high-value shipments against loss or damage during transit.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via Email and WhatsApp.
You can track your package status in real-time on the carrier's website.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
We will keep you informed via WhatsApp if there are significant delays.
