2. Understanding Your Status

Here is what the different tracking statuses mean for your delivery:
  • Order Confirmed: Payment received; we are preparing your teapot for careful packaging.
  • Processing: Quality inspection completed; item is being wrapped in protective foam.
  • Shipped: Package handed over to the courier (DHL/SF Express/FedEx); tracking number activated.
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to [Country/Destination]; it may pass through customs.
  • Out for Delivery: The local courier is delivering your package today. Please keep your phone nearby.
  • Delivered: Successfully delivered! Please inspect immediately and enjoy your new teapot.

3. Important: Fragile Item Handling

Yixing Zisha teapots are delicate ceramic art pieces.
To ensure your safety and satisfaction, please follow these steps upon delivery:
  • Step 1: Inspect the Box: Check if the outer box is crushed or wet before signing.
  • Step 2: Record Unboxing: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package.
  • Step 3: Check for Damage: Inspect the teapot for any cracks or chips immediately.
  • Step 4: Report Issues: If damaged, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with your video evidence.

4. Common Questions

Q: My tracking number isn't working yet.
A: It may take up to 24 hours for the courier system to update after we ship your order.
Q: My package is stuck at Customs.
A: This is normal for international shipments. The courier will contact you if duties/taxes need to be paid.
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: Once the status shows "Shipped," address changes are difficult. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
